Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your appointment please do so 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours you will be charged for 50% of your service. If you no-show an appointment you will be charged 100% of your service. If you no show more than once you will be asked to pay for your upcoming appointment beforehand.
Service Policy:
All services performed are final sale. If we didn’t get it right, notify the salon within 7 DAYS of your appointment. We DO NOT issue refunds for hair services, but the service provider will gladly offer to redo your hair service within 7 days at no charge. *Any money put toward a hair sercive is non-refundable but can be put toward your next service If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
New Clients:
Thank you for your interest in working with me! I can’t wait to meet you & bring you closer to your hair dreams! Once you book you will receive an email from me please answer this email within 48 hours. I will ask you for pictures of your current hair in good lighting & what your inspo pictures are. After I receive that email I will accept your appointment request, all appointments must be made through square. Also, all new clients will be asked to put a $100 deposit down on any color service that is non-refundable. Thank you so much for choosing me!
